Staff


Nadine Soldivieri has an extensive background as a performer and teacher. Born and raised in New Jersey, Nadine studied, performed, instructed, and choreographed all over the state, New York and across the country. She has taught students of all ages, all forms of dance and gymnastics at New Jersey’s Broadway Dance Theatre, Backstage Academy and coached gymnastics for Feigley’s Gymnastics (home of the largest tumbling area on the east coast). In addition she has coached cheerleading and dance for Pop Warner, Public/Private Junior/High Schools, and Colleges. She has studied tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, gymnastics, acrobatics, voice and theatre under the direction of such artists as George Tomal (ABT Co.), Carolyn Clark (ABT Co.), Joseph Carow (ABT Co.), Edward Villella (NYC Ballet Co.), Mia Michaels (So you think you can Dance), Savion Glover, Omar Edwards (Bring in ‘Da Noise, Bring in ‘Da Funk), Robert Fitch (Annie), Frank Hatchett, Germaine Salsburg, Phil Black, and Charles (Chuck) Kelley at New York’s Steps, Broadway Dance Center and with the NJ Ballet Company. She received her AA in college where she studied Theatre Arts. Her credits include professional films, theatre, radio commercials, musical performances and/or choreography for such productions as Aida (featuring Pavarotti), How to Succeed, South Pacific, Guys and Dolls, Follies, Me and My Gal, Mame, Oliver, and David Windfield’s Drug awareness video Turn it Around. For many season’s, she performed the Nutcracker with the New Jersey Ballet Company, was the Wolf in the children’s ballet, Peter and the Wolf and was an original member of New Jersey’s Members of the Movement Dance Company. 

Sarah Misiano began dancing in Oak Park, Illinois at the Academy of Movement and Music. Her professional career began when she performed as a party girl in The Nutcracker in the Ruth Page Production at Arie Crown Theater in Chicago. She studied ballet at the Patricia Sigurdson School of Ballet and performed with Salt Creek Ballet throughout her teen years.  She graduated cum laude earning a BFA in dance performance from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. In the Butler Ballet, Sarah performed roles such as Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker and a soloist in Les Sylphides and La Bayadere. Upon graduation Sarah danced in Ballet Arizona and Ballet Chicago, winning roles like the Cheshire Cat in Michael Uthoff’s production of Alice in Wonderland.  Next, Sarah landed a job at Walt Disney World in Beauty and the Beast Live where she changed her trajectory from ballet to Musical Theater. Next followed a contract with Tokyo Disneyland where she danced in the Hoop de Doo Revue and The Diamond Horseshoe. Five years with the Radio City Rockettes was a favorite highlight of Sarah’s career and her years of hard work auditioning in New York City paid off with jobs in the Broadway production of 42nd Street and the national tour of The Producers. Sarah was also a dancer in the 2010 movie production of The Producers. Throughout Sarah’s varied performing career, she has enjoyed teaching ballet to students of all ages. She feels so happy to be teaching here at Center Stage after a few years hiatus while raising two daughters.

Amber Johnson was born in California and raised in Florida. She was classically trained by Grecia Fenton and Marat Daukayev of the Kirov Ballet, at Ballet Theater of Brevard and Colorado Ballet. Amber received her BFA in Dance from Florida State University where she trained with and performed in the works of Suzanne Farrell, Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, Dan Wagoner, Lynda Davis, Sheila Humphreys, Susan Marshall, Lisa Wheeler, Anthony Morgan, Rick McCullough and many others. While at FSU she was a company member with Dance Repertory Theater. In 2006 Amber received a scholarship to live in NYC with the FSU in NYC program and intern with the Paul Taylor Dance Company. She now dances with Surfscape Contemporary Dance Theatre. While with SCDT Amber has performed in original works by Jack Mitchell, John Beasant III, Ann Sorvino, and Mark Harootian as well as many featured roles in works by the company’s two Artistic Directors. In addition to dancing with the Surfscape Dance Company she is the Director of Dance at Deland Middle School. 

Miss Amber is excited to be getting married this August in Costa Rica and looks forward to starting a family. She loves to travel and has seen much of the world! She has 2 cats and spoils them to pieces.

Danna Tracy has been teaching dance for almost 30 years. She is a certified member of Dance Masters of America (DMA). where she has been seated as a judge and taught scholarship classes as a Master Teacher for several competitions. Her dance education includes studies at Point State Park College, the University of CA, the University of PA and Steps Studio in New York. While living in the Philippines she performed and was the assistant artistic director for a professional Jazz Dance Company from Manila. Her credits include choreographing and performing in Oklahoma, West Side Story and Fiddler on the Roof. She has worked along-side great dance industry artists including tap icon Al Gilbert and Emmy Award winner Debbie Allen on Pepito's Story, and a professional theatre production produced by The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She earned her Master Teacher status through the Santa Barbara Education Program as an Artist in Residence working for the non-profit organization “Children’s Creative Project,” an organization that brings dance to public school students. Her award credits include special military award, "Best in the World", for a world-wide artistic competition for Salute America, a dance production she choreographed and directed; and a "Consistence Excellence" special award from Dance Educators of America for her dancers’ technique. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her two grandchildren. She also enjoys kayaking and painting.

 

 

Savannah Meiring joins the Center Stage staff bringing her lifelong passion for dance and choreography to our dancers and performers. Born and raised in Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach, she has studied Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet and High Kick at local studios, the Surfscape Modern Dance Company and Daytona State College where she is currently enrolled and will be majoring in Education. As a NSBHS Showdoll, she was part of the competition team for 4 years and held an officer position for 3 years. It was during her years on the team that she began her choreography career and she continues to exhibit her talent by choreographing the Showdolls 2011 home routine to qualify for Nationals (which placed 1st at UDA Summer Camp) Savannah has been working for over four years with Volusia County School Dance Teams and Dance Camps. Her choreography credits include the first place National Competition Routine of the NSBMS Stingray Stingers and jazz, hip hop and high kick routines for the NSBHS Showdoll Team, and the Seabreeze High School Dance Team. 

Danielle (Dee Dee) Grau was born and raised in Tamarac South Florida and moved to New Smyrna Beach in 2004. She currently resides in Port Orange with her husband, Jason and two children, Connor (born April 2010) and Meredith (born May 2013.) Dee Dee began her studies in acting and dance at Mrs. P's Dance Studio in Coral Springs and continued her drama studies throughout high school, taking classes in Daytona Beach and at Broward State College. She is the Assistant Director of Clown-Tastic Summer Camp held throughout the Volusia County Libraries and is often hired to do character appearances as Snow White. Her favorite styles of performing are comedies and musical theatre. As an active member at the Little Theatre and a Gypsy Robe Chairperson, she has been seen in performances such as Love, Sex and the IRS, Best Little Whore House in Texas, Waiting in the Wings, Twentieth Century, Murder is a Game, Red, Hot and Cole, How to Succeed in Business, Out of Order, Leading Ladies, Funny Money, Hot Bed Hotel, Pajama Game, and The Man Who Came to Dinner. Her theatre credits also include Move Over Mrs Markham at the Daytona Playhouse and the Rocky Horror Picture Show, at the Athens Theatre.  
Rebecca Prucnal is originally from Niagara Falls, NY where she began her dance training in 1995 at Niagara Dance Center studying ballet, tap, jazz and Hip Hop. At the age of 11, her journey as a teacher began when she started assisting ballet and tap classes as a demonstrator. In September 2006, Rebecca moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida where she joined the NSBHS Showdolls Dance Team. She advanced her training in Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary/Modern, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop at several local dance studios. As her passion for dance and teaching grew, she continued to assist classes in ballet, tap and jazz for beginner through intermediate students. In 2010, Rebecca began studying Accounting at Daytona State College where she continues to maintain a 4.0 average. Dancing has always been her greatest joy. She is excited to join Center Stage where she can cultivate her enthusiasm for teaching and share her love of dance with others.
